Madrillenos loooove meat.
Specifically, ham - otherwise known as "jamon". There are even
these restaurants called "Museo del Jamon".
A ham museum!? Between you
and me, I don't get what the attraction is all about.
Meat as far as the eye can see...
And just like all the great
museums of the world, this museum packs 'em in...
Sadly, the churches don't
pack 'em in nearly like the ham place.
I guess that's what happens
when you tell people to pick up their cross - versus pick up a piece of
ham.
Though, some would argue, the kneelers aren't that comfortable...
No one said faith would be
easy. It's just worth it.
And, it's not like meat is perfect. Matt ate too much ham and look what
happened to him...
I'll take the sufferings of the faith over the sufferings of too much
meat.
